We have started our first lessons and practise in skipping (jump rope) this term. Due to the nature and intensity of this activity, it is a challenge for students to be productive and progressive for a full learning session. As such, we will be running skipping in 10-minute sessions at 10.20am Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, we will still have a full sports session.
